Qantas Pilot Speaks Out About Vaccine Mandate

Graham Hood speaks out against forced vaccinations. He has been told “get the jab or no job” is to be applied to aviation workers.

QANTAS says: The Qantas Group will require all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as part of the national carrier’s commitment to safety. Frontline employees – including cabin crew, pilots and airport workers – will need to be fully vaccinated by 15 November 2021 and the remainder of employees by 31 March 2022. There will be exemptions for those who are unable for documented medical reasons to be vaccinated, which is expected to be very rare.

The Marburg virus

Facebook says, This video has “Partly false information”. “The WHO hasn’t declared the Marburg virus the next pandemic”.

AAP FactCheck says: “WHO’s director-general has not announced or referred to the Marburg virus, which recently appeared in Guinea, as a new pandemic. The video also falsely suggests the Marburg virus is new, but that vaccines were already in development before the announcement. In fact, the virus was first identified in 1967 and vaccines have been in development since the early-mid 2000s.”

WHO press release, 11 August 2021:  “Marburg is a very different virus to the one that causes COVID-19, but many of the elements of the response are the same: isolating and caring for those infected, tracing and quarantining their contacts, and engaging local communities in the response.”
